Dr Rose an Advocate for Women is dedicated to training, mentoring, etc. women between the ages of 12 and 99 years old
Dr. Rose an Advocate for Women is a bible based organization (which was established in 1996) for the betterment of women in all aspects of life under the umbrella of the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Dr. Rose is a leader, a trainer, and a mentor of women in the community, in Christianity, in academia, in careers, as a wife, as a mother, etc.
She mentors and trains women how to take control of their lives, obtain their goals, be a manager
Women learn, what is the purpose of their lives
How to use Management and Leadership skills to obtain their goals and become successful in any area they have a passion for
Dr. Rose has an Agape Love for women. Her God Given talents assist women during a crisis. It assists women to understand how to take control in a crisis and do not let the crisis take control. It enables the women to lead herself and her family during the crisis.
Dr. Rose teaches women how to become proficient leaders and managers of their personal lives in areas of Management, Leadership, Training and Mentoring of Women in Christianity, Academia, careers, as a wife, motherhood, etc. Women learn who they are and how they can be successful as themselves.
Vision:
Dr. Rose envisions: All women walking one-on-one with Jesus, doing Gods perfect will and reaping the benefits from his blessing. Dr. Rose promotes a desire to succeed and be proficient globally. Allow Jesus to change our lives!
Rose Brooks Deal possesses a doctorate degree in Organizational Management & Leadership. She is an author, mentor, tutor, an instructor, a lecturer and a proficient speaker.
Dr. Rose an Advocate for Women is a place (she attends St. Matthew CME Church) where any woman can come and feel loved. “We Embrace You with An Agape Love”. Dr. Rose and the Virtuous Women of St Matthew CME Church would like all woman to come and join us during our church services and Girlz Nite Out every 3rd Friday of the month.
Within this organization problems are solved and dreams are sought, through prayer and achievement.
Dr. Rose is an advocate for women; she uses her God Given talents bestowed upon her from Jesus Christ, her experience of 21 years dedicated to the U.S. Army, her professionalism as a Doctor of Organization Management and Leadership, and with a strong Medical and Science background.
Dr. Rose collaborates with any woman across all ages, races, industries, professions, political, and religious beliefs in an effort to establish lasting relationships and pool our resources for the purpose of making a positive changes in the world of women.

This “In the Beginning” Workbook, Belongs To

The “In The Beginning” workbook was designed to assist women in understanding why God created woman. Webster’s Dictionary, (2012) defined the word create as the following: To evolve from one's own thought or imagination as a work of art or an invention. A woman is definitely a work of art. God has not made another creation as beautiful as a woman.
Leonardo Da Vinci was so intrigued by the beauty of a woman’s body, he attempted to replicate it in drawings and paintings. In this workbook, I will discuss questions such as why were women created and what are their purpose (Jesus and God will be used interchangeably throughout this workbook. Christian belief of the Trinity is Jehovah, our Father, Jesus, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The 3 are one, a spirit. They are separate entities, but one entity).
To comprehend the root of the “ In The Beginning” workbook, please read the entire workbook and complete all the exercises. The objective of the workbook is to stimulate your thinking with questions such as, Why were you created?
Questions such as, what are some areas within your personality that are an enigma? (a puzzling or inexplicable occurrence or situation, [Merriam-Webster collegiate dictionary, 2012]). Do you have questions about yourself such as “The woman in the mirror, who is she?” Woman, what does that word mean? Have you pondered questions such as these for sometime, but have never found the answer? (in this workbook, we will discover the answers to the mentioned questions and more).
The In the Beginning Work Book will assist you in exiting a road filled with Puzzling Questions and detouring onto a highway of Assuredness, with the care and love of Jesus Christ. This workbook will carry you through a series of exercises that will assist you in understanding why you were created and who you are.
The comprehensive exercises can be read privately or you may attend Dr. Rose’s teaching sessions every third Friday night of the month at St. Matthew C.M.E Church (Girlz Nite Out). The exercises will assist you in studying the Holy Bible to answer the above mentioned questions.
