Clear all the old ways of thinking from our feet, please
Our support system needs to be clean
Waves on our knees
Bending down, surrender to a new sound
Silence brings clarity

Taste the air, let it expand your true self
You are a Masterpiece
We are leaders of our different seasons
Rulers of our dreams and expressions
Could we perhaps be creatively, domestically, energetically, intellectually, and emotionally on the same page, in this piece of time?
The blocks in us hold rivers of tears, from all the times we told ourselves we couldn’t cry
We have masterpieces, covered in gold, hidden in our hearts and uterine walls
Ideas that would change systems if words were just spoken and appreciated
But, manifesting these things will show a discrepancy in our previous capabilities
Integrate My Love
Let's strip the layers of shame off our names
So we can move with purpose in this human experience
In a new world with no limitations
Living purely on our own passions and determination
Spread our arms with no hesitation
Not mentality stuck in a victim state
Allowing a new skin to formulate
Integrate
Liberate Internally
Integrate all those memories that were humiliating
Partners who were intoxicating
Forgiving is liberating
The Cling
I forgive you
The patterns
The habits that cling to parts of you
But I see that those are things that never got healed
And were passed down to you
New Beginning
Hold my hand
Open my palm
Write your story in the creases
I’ll acknowledge and absorb all the pieces that were hidden
So you can start from the beginning
Hope
Hope resides in the river of vulnerability
Let’s lay down in the ocean of possibilities
Filling our souls with acknowledgment of loved one’s insecurities
And life’s intricate dimensions or versions of our true destiny
Dissolve
We are all just flames dancing in the rain
We are all just rain trying not to put our flame
But to start again
We have to let the rain disintegrate our flame
Because we have to be ready for the rain
Crumble
Our flame will be reborn with a new name
A mind not intertwined with pain
But with love and light
So we can come out of our cave
Crumble the sand in your hands
Look down and let the mirror fade
