Site
Verandahways along the ground promenade
is reminiscent of the 'Kaki Lima' in Malaysia's
pre-war shop-houses. On ground level, retail
areas face a central promenade designed to
be an active public realm with seating pavilions,
planting areas, relaxation zones, and temporal
event spaces.
The building maintains a visual axis to the
Millennium Monument from the boulevard,
through a landscaped promenade and atrium
space between the two building blocks.

Rainwater harvesting
Rainwater is collected at the bottom
of the eco-cells. Collected rainwater is
filtered and reused to irrigate plantscapes
around the building.
