Lloyd Edge (Dip. Prop. S, LREA, Licenced Buyer's Agent) is the founder and Managing Director of one of Australia's most sought after buyer's agencies, Aus Property Professionals.
He is the author of bestseller, Positively Geared, a book about his journey from high school teacher to building a multi-million dollar property portfolio and achieving financial independence while still on a teacher's salary.

Lloyd has achieved his goals, accumulating a property portfolio worth over $15 million that is cash flow positive, and he now lives in a beautiful waterfront home with his wife Renee and two sons, Riley and Caelen.
For Lloyd, work is now a choice. His investment strategies allowed him to retire from the rat race and he now helps clients achieve their own financial and lifestyle goals through property.

As a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agents Association (REBAA), he has been a frequent finalist in the REINSW awards for excellence and Real Estate Business (REB) awards. Lloyd has received ‘Your Investment Property’ Top Buyer's Agent award and his company, Aus Property Professionals, has also been a finalist in these awards on a number of occasions. In 2020 Lloyd's first book, Positively Geared won an award in the Australian Business Book Awards (ABBA).
