ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
Writing this book has been a real eye opener for me. Getting started was the most difficult part because I knew how to perform the exercises in the water. Setting the exercises on paper and explaining how to perform them was a different story. I am grateful to all those who eagerly and diligently encouraged me to write this book and to those who contributed invaluable knowledge and expertise.
I would like to thank all my many clients who kept asking me to write this book. They wanted something on paper that they could take with them when they traveled. Some of my clients even gave a name to an exercise.
