      Between each low/high pivot is a pool of the frequently drawn numbers. b1 has a play pool of 02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18 between the pivot pairs; b2 has a play pool of 04-05-06-07-09-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20 between the pivot pairs; b3 has a play pool of 08-09-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24 between the pivot pairs; b4 has a play pool of 16-17-18-19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31-32 between the pivot pairs; b5 has a play pool of 21-22-23-24-25-26-27-28-29-30-31-32-33-34-35-36-37 between the pivot pairs.

      To configure every aligned “jackpot frequency” sequence the 19 number frequencies for each ball position are retraced into Fibonacci degrees (from less to greater, as 78%, 61%, 50%, 38% and 23%) making it possible to configure a play pool between each pivot. b1, with extreme pivots 1-19 is retraced as 4=7=10=12=14; b2, with extreme pivots 3-22 is retraced as 7=10=12=14=17;b3 with extreme pivots 07-26 is retraced as 11=14=16=18=21; b4 with extreme pivots 15-34 is retraced as 19=22=24=26=29 and b5 with extreme pivots 20-39 is retraced as 24=27=29=31=34. These five retraced cores are the foundation for each ball pillar.

      Using fib% reduces the ball numbers from 39 (pool) to 19 (frequencies) to 15 (rhythm). Each of the six ball positions has a unique rhythm of numbers that link a jackpot sequence. To each side of the pivot core, a number of greater or lesser value is added. There are two repeat numbers in the construct, and two links missing in the pillar. To identify the missing links, the ball positions of each draw year are tallied. Sometimes there are low hit numbers which can be replaced. But you will only find these numbers if you tally the entire draw history.

      BALL POSITION 1: (b1-b2-b3-b4-b5) has an extreme range from 1 to 19. Pivot pair 01-19 is retraced as: 4=7=10=12=14. First group the numbers vertically, with number 4 at the bottom of the pillar and number 14 at the top. Then at each side of each number add a lesser or greater number. There will be two numbers that repeat. Remove the numbers and replace with the missing numbers that ensure a streamline from the lowest to the highest to create a five tier, 3 link pillar.

      BALL POSITION 2: (b1-b2-b3-b4-b5) has an extreme range from 7 to 26. The pivot pair 3-22 is retraced as: 7=10=12=14=17 Group the numbers vertically, with number 7 at the bottom of the pillar and number 17 at the top. Then at each side of each number add a lesser or greater number. There will be two numbers that repeat. Remove the numbers and replace with the missing numbers that ensure a streamline from the lowest to the highest to create a five tier, 3 link pillar.

The pivot pair 7-26 is retraced as: 11=14=16=18=21 Group the numbers vertically, with number 7 at the bottom of the pillar and number 17 at the top. Then at each side of each number add a lesser or greater number. There will be two numbers that repeat. Remove the numbers and replace with the missing numbers that ensure a streamline from the lowest to the highest to create a five tier, 3 link pillar.

The pivot pair 15-34 is retraced as: 19=22=24=26=29 Group the numbers vertically, with number 19 at the bottom of the pillar and number 29 at the top. Then at each side of each number add a lesser or greater number. There will be two numbers that repeat. Remove the numbers and replace with the missing numbers that ensure a streamline from the lowest to the highest to create a five tier, 3 link pillar.

      BALL POSITION 5 (b1-b2-b3-b4-b5) has an extreme range from 20 to 39. The pivot pair 20-39 is retraced as: 24=27=29=31=34 Group the numbers vertically, with number 24 at the bottom of the pillar and number 34 at the top. Then at each side of each number add a lesser or greater number. There will be two numbers that repeat. Remove the numbers and replace with the missing numbers that ensure a streamline from the lowest to the highest to create a five tier, 3 link pillar.

      Each pillar represents the numbers played in each of the first 5 positions. To prove there is a 5/15 occurrence in random draws each ball pillar is applied to the beginning of January to end of June 2011, and the beginning of January to end of June 2006 comparison results to reveal its repeat presence as (shown in bold) 5b and 4b matches each draw month. That’s right, each draw month! The jackpot frequency numbers are so precise that they show up as 4 and 5 ball matches every 6 of 8 draws a month

      June 2011 match results: 06/29 as 12-16-18- 24-31- 09; 06/25 as 05 -12-13 -25-32 -01; 06/22 as 01-04-07-18-28-05; 06/18 as 04-08-12-25-29-06; 06/15 as 05-08-11-19-29-19; 06/08 as 04-05-16-22-26-09, 06/04 as 01-10-22-25-31-11 all matched 5 balls drawn. That’s 7 five ball matches and 06/01 as 05-09-24-25-33-17 one 4ball match. For the month of May: 05/28 as 05-13-14-32-36-07 matched 4 balls 05/25 as 01-14-15-33-37-16 matched 4 balls, 05/21 as 01-08-09-25-34-06 matched 5 balls, 05/14 as 06-09-28-29-33-03 matched 4 balls, 05/07 as 09-12-16-25-29-09 matched 5 balls, 05/04 as 03 10 12 22 36 08 matched 5 balls. April four 4 ball matches and two 5 ball matches. March three 5 ball matches. February, four 5 ball matches and two 4 ball matches. January three, 5 ball matches and four, 4ball matches.

      June 2006 results; 06/24 drawn 09-15-23-28-32 08 and 06/21 as 02-12-14-24-39 03 as 4 ball matches; 06/17 drawn 08-11-14-20-25 03 and 06/03 drawn 01-05-14-28-31 05 with 5 balls. That’s two 5-ball matches and two 4 ball matches. May, 05/27 as 01-16-22-28-37-17 with 5 balls; 05/24 drawn as 09-12-14-16-18-13 with 4 balls; 05/17 drawn as 03-08-11-31-37-03 with 4 balls; date 05/13 drawn as 02-06-09-11-35-12 another 4 balls; 05/10 as 08-11-19-27-34-11 with 5 balls; and 05/0 drawn 01-06-15-30-31-10 with another 5 balls. That’s three 5 ball matches and three 4 ball matches. April: two 6 ball matches. March five 5 ball matches and one 4 ball match. February two 5 ball matches and two 4 ball matches. January four 5 ball matches and two, ball matches.

      BONUS BALL: So far the results pertain to five balls. How does the frequency become a (5 + 1) jackpot match? Drawn as a sequence multiplier the bonus ball aligns as 5+1, 4+1, 3+1, 2+1 and 1+1. Playing 6/15 links all the six position frequencies in an ascending 5+1 configuration. Ball 6 is assembled as a 15 (unlinked) number pillar of frequently drawn bonus balls that transforms 5 ball matches into 6 ball matches. Quite simply, it is the frequency of these jackpot (creating) bonus balls, that assembles the b6 pillar. To identify the b6 links, tally/match 5ball alignments to b6. From 2006 to 2011 the bonus balls 2 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 15 17 18 and 19 aligned 215 five-ball matches into 155 jackpots of which 151 were rollovers. Use the aligned pillars to see the results.

      6/15 GAME RULES

      The player selects one number from each of the six aligned ball pools.

      The following 4 (of 39) celebrated wins are jackpot frequency matches: 11/12/2011 as 12-20-22-28-36-10; 11/05/2011 as 05-12-16-23-24-08, 06/29/2011 as 12-16-18-24-31-09 and 05/07/2011 as 09-12-16-25-29-09. Which means that at least four winners played jackpot frequency numbers! And now that you know all the aligned numbers to play and in which positions to play them, you can see when and where they matched as past (mostly rollover) jackpots by applying the six aligned pillars to the entire history of the bi-weekly draws. The earliest jackpot frequency match dated 05/29/2002 was drawn 01-15-19-24-27-09 and the most recent jackpot frequency match dated 02/15/2012 was drawn 01-15-16-22-33-13. Use the pillars to check the results.

      6/15 JACKPOTS

      Of the 1075 rollovers the jackpot frequency matched 265.

      Of the 33 celebrated wins the jackpot frequency matched 11.

      Verifying the aligned pillar numbers have matched results as mostly rollovers is only half the discovery. Configuring the six, fifteen number pools into new combinations is where the fun begins! When configuring 5/39+1/19 as 6/15, pick one ascending number from each ball pillar. That’s ball one as aligned numbers 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15; ball two as aligned numbers 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18;
