      The affirmations above are just a few examples. You must create affirmations that pertain to what you intend on working on in your life.

      Please repeat the affirmations daily or even twice daily. Say them aloud and believe them. Know that what you are saying is true. You will notice the negative thinking leaving your mind as the positive energy flow replaces it.

      Exploring Change

      Now it is time to figure out exactly why you purchased this course. What in your life needs to change? There may be several different reasons why you chose to buy this course but let's focus on one obstacle at a time.

      The reason why you may have trouble with change or finding the right direction in your life may be because you do not focus on one particular objective at a time. If you have a million things going on in your head and your thinking that you can't do one thing because of another then you will not accomplish your goal.

      The first word we will take out of our vocabulary is the word “can't” and replace it with “can”. You can do this; it takes practice but practice makes perfect. You can achieve anything in life. Any person in this world can make a change in their life. Work is involved when making a change in your life. Things will not magically change overnight. Unfortunately, there is no magic involved. Sure, you are taking the right steps by reading through the program but are you working hard at making the changes you want to in your day-to-day life? What changes you want to make? What will your life look life after you make the changes you are seeking to make? How do you envision your life? Really take the time to imagine as much as you can about what positive outcome the change you seek will bring.

      Goals are just goals until you actually take the time and energy in focusing on what you want to achieve and taking the necessary steps in order to make them your reality. The end result is not handed to you on a silver platter but is received with hard work. If you work hard at something the power you will feel after achieving your goal is a very empowering feeling. It makes you feel like you can accomplish anything in life. And guess what? You can.

      Once you have chosen your goal, you must commit to yourself that you are going to accomplish this goal by giving yourself steps and a time frame to reach the goal. We will cover more of this in your action plan chapter. It’s also good to establish a support system to help you every step of the way.
