I do not claim that everything said is to a substantial extent. The only intention of these texts is to give you motive to self–reflect and regard your life from a different perspective. And after all, I want to encourage you to bless yourself and be grateful for your presence. After blessing yourself, and bearing the knowledge in yourself that you are blessed, there will be a change. Perhaps very suddenly or maybe just gradually, but things will happen, have faith.
Blessing means accepting that what is. In blessing lies the permission that only you can give yourself, in blessing lies receiving, gratitude and love...

What if
If these texts and blessings were printed on paper these texts would have developed into a card set. The 42 topics would have then been printed on 42 cards of which you would have drawn one or more. Because this is not possible using an E-book reader and not really essential, now don’t build a box. I suggest the following:
if you can endure not to read everything at once, choose one text per day and one blessing. You can also read it a number of days successively. You do not have keep my sequence, choose a topic, work with it as long as you like, then move on at your own pace.
Of course you can read all the texts and blessings at once, become acquainted with them, get used to blessing. Then choose your blessing. Repeat it and cross your arms over your breast and take a deep breath. By breathing deeply you become aware of yourself, you focus on your center. You become conscious in this moment. Breathe.
If you want to implement the blessing more often, even though you may not want to read the texts each time, it is essential to read the blessing. You will probably do it in your own manner anyhow. Allow yourself to do it in your own way. I cannot prescribe the blessings like a doctor would fill out a prescription. You will sense what they do to you and fill out your own prescription.
But maybe you want to read the texts too, ask the questions that I ask or others that pop up into your mind, that is also blessing. Questioning is good, you will get answers, your own personal ones that cannot be answered in a general thinking habit. That’s pretty good!
If you wish you can copy the blessing on a piece of paper and put it in purse or pant pocket or post-it on a mirror. Repeat the blessing for yourself but most important repeat it as often as you want. Get familiar with a blessing before going to a challenging interview or when you wake up in the morning and you feel this day is not going to be a bed of roses.
These texts are written in very personal manner. I wrote them in this way because they express how I am, I AM. I want to show you that I am not holy, not holy in the popular belief. I feel more healed than before. I want to show you that I have chosen to live, this was a long process (this no evaluation, just a statement).
One topic is blank. It is the blessing that is momentarily most important to you. Take some empty sheets of paper and try to express your own blessing, everything that moves you. The important thing is, don’t start thinking, just let it emerge. Perhaps you would like to start with an empty book and copy all the essential and valued blessings. Be inspired! Everything is possible, don’t confine yourself! Finish each blessing by saying three times, “ I bless myself”
Read these texts in a nice and quiet place, perhaps in the countryside or before you go to sleep (even the washroom will do) Light a candle, just for you. This candle may also be blessed. Place a nice flower on the table. Listen to soothing music. Let yourself be guided during blessing, let your words emerge, let them become visible. Speak the words out loud.
After you become more familiar with blessing and you wish to, bless everything that pleases you. Bless the space where you live, bless your food, bless the Earth, and bless mankind. Blessing never infringes the freedom of your fellow man. Blessing is gratitude and love. You are blessed.
Now lay the texts in your palms and feel the energizing power inspire you. ALLOW YOURSELF!

BEAUTY
How do you behold your body? Is this body beautiful? Do you love your body? Or is it rather too fat, too thin, and too old or do you reject it entirely? Sense your body.
Are these feelings adopted, from a society that advocates an ideal of beauty that others have created and dictated? Or is this picture based on your own perceptions?
May I ask how does it feel to observe a person near to you, how do you perceive him/her.
Yes, you find this person is beautiful; this person is beautiful because you love him/her. You know “beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” All that we observe with love is beautiful. What would it be like, if you felt a deep love for your body, being grateful to have it? Bless your body. This is the abode for your immortal, divine soul, how could this not be beautiful! You are beautiful!
If you would like to improve your body, never apply pressure. Your experience tells you what happens as soon as you put yourself under pressure. Then life gets difficult. Change doesn’t need difficulties. If the change happens with ease, easy, because you have changed your way of thinking, then everything else will follow. Look into the mirror and repeat “I am beautiful.” You may think this is silly, but it isn’t. Whatever we create begins with a thought.
If you are not satisfied with your weight, be assured eating grounds you. Bless your body the way it looks like and not the way you think it should look like. Maybe the reason for the weight increase is lack of grounding? Perhaps you have accumulated this extra weight to become aware of your body. To ground yourself, go out into the countryside, take a walk through nature, connect with Mother Earth, Lady Gaia, go every step with love. Sense your inner self, do you like it here, do you feel connected to Earth, your presence here? Can you joyfully accept your being a man or woman? If you believe you are eating too much, ask yourself, is it you who wants this? Or are you doing this for someone else. Are you carrying a burden for another person? Always keep asking and questioning! What motivation was behind this? Retreat into the calm and listen. The answer lies within you. You can do this during a walk or before going to sleep. Listen to what your soul has to tell you. Perhaps your hunger is the hunger for life. Which part of your inner self wants to be integrated and participate in your present life?
Even though you ask all these questions, doesn’t mean you evaluate your body or behavior. You can simply discover something about yourself. You are perfect just the way you are! Love yourself; love your body just the way it is! Love and acceptance are the beginning of transformation and change! Be aware of the energy spirals that influence you. These are mental spirals incessantly revolving in the heads of people but never changing a thing. Be patient, whatever has happened and still happens can be changed. Have faith.

My dear body, I bless you
