ЗНАЧЕНИЕ И ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ МУЛЬТИКУЛЬТУРАЛИЗМА
Термин «мультикультурализм» сегодня довольно часто встречается в научных и публицистических текстах. Политологи, социологи, социальные антропологи, культурологи, социальные психологи и, конечно, философы и журналисты обращаются к нему в попытках дать объяснение множеству проблем, встающих перед современным обществом. Этот термин возникает, когда речь заходит о проблемах иммиграции и социальной неустроенности, о разобщенности и об отсутствии солидарности в современном обществе, о кризисе современной модели государства; о мультикультурализме неизбежно заходит речь в дискуссиях о смысле культуры и в дебатах о значении идентичности; без него сложно представить себе серьезное обсуждение образовательной политики или тематики прав человека. В данной статье рассматриваются различные значения этого термина в работах исследователей.
