       Tabulating your E-Type test

       Section 1

Each answer corresponds to an E-Type code. For each question, match your answer with the code shown next to it, and place a tick mark in the corresponding box in the Tabulation Grid, below.

      1. a = TE; b = BC

      2. a = OA; b = SB

      3. a = IO; b = BC

       Section 2

In this True/False section of the test, only the “true” answers correspond to an E-Type code. So for each question that you answered “true,” match the question number with the code shown next to it, and place a tick mark in the corresponding box in the grid at right. If you answered false to a question, do not place a tick mark in the grid.

       Reading your results

Now add up the number of tick marks you have in each box. Which E-Type gets the highest number? Perhaps it’s a tie between two or even three E-Types? That’s okay—most of us are complex people, and have a variety of personality traits. Make a note of the “winning” E-Types, and read about them in the section that follows. You can also read about the other E-Types, and see how they mesh with your personality.

       Understanding your E-Type

Now that you have an indication of your E-Type(s), let’s take a look at what it means. On the following pages, you’ll find a discussion of each E-Type, including a general description, some potential
