MIND AND BODY
10
11
Verse 1
It makes one a wiser person to meditate upon higher things, however it is not wrong to also concern yourself with caring for the physical. Our bodies are only vessels, yet to continue on in the world we must take care of ourselves. Finding balance in your life is key to any type of success.

By defilement of mind, beings are defiled; by purification of mind, beings are purified.

VERSE 6
Mind and body are interdependent. The body must remain healthy, for it is an instrument in the mind’s quest for spirituality. You can not sail to new, exotic seas if your ship is ailing.
To keep the body in good health is
