Current and recent projects include the Fringe First-winning FLÂNEURS (Jenna Watt), The Last Polar Bears, Staging the Nation and Five Minute Theatre (National Theatre of Scotland) and The Jean-Jacques Rousseau Show (A Play, A Pie and A Pint). She’s also worked as a graphic designer with the San Francisco Mime Troupe in California and with McCann-Erickson in Barcelona. Gilly also produces fringe theatre and arts events at the Southside Studios in Glasgow under the guise of The Wherewithal.
LISA SANGSTER – Set and Costume Design
Lisa trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. Her designs for Random Accomplice include Double Nugget, Smalltown, Little Johnny’s Big Gay Wedding, Promises, Promises, Cinderella and Little Johnny’s Big Gay Musical. Other design credits include – Educating Ronnie (macrobert/Utter/HighTide), My Romantic History (Borderline), Jackie and the Beanstalk, Snow White of the Seven De’Wharffes (macrobert), Baby Baby, Talking Heads (Dundee Rep), First Wave, Curse of the Demeter, State of Emergency (Visible Fictions), Transform Dumfries (NTS), Carthage Must Be Destroyed (Ustinov Studio, Bath). Future Work includes: Whisky Galore and The Snow Queen (Dundee Rep)
DAVE SHEA – Production Manager and Lighting Designer
Dave has worked in Scottish Theatre for 17 years as a Lighting Designer, Production Manager and Technical Manager.
Dave has been Production Manager and Lighting Designer for Random Accomplice since 2006 working on Something Wicked, Little Johnny’s Big Gay Adventure (twice!), Little Johnny’s Big Gay Musical (twice!), Mary Massacre (twice!), 7 Year Itch, Promises Promises, Little Johnny’s Big Gay Wedding, Smalltown, Love Hurts and Double Nugget.
The Incredible Adventures of See Thru Sam will be Dave’s 10th show with the company.
DAVID SNEDDON – Stage Manager
Since graduating from the RSAMD, David has Production Managed for 7:84 and Scottish Opera Education, and Stage Managed for a variety of companies including the National Theatre of Scotland, 7:84, Vanishing Point, Scottish Opera Education, Catherine Wheels, and Suspect Culture. David spent the last 4 years as the resident Tron Theatre Stage Manager before returning to the world of freelance. Previously, David worked on Little Johnny’s Big Gay Musical, Something Wicked and Intermission – A Tale of Loss and Regret for Random Accomplice and is delighted to be back for The Incredible Adventures of See Thru Sam.
JAMES YOUNG – Sam McTannan
James’s previous theatre credits include; Heartbreak Soup (The Empty Space), Paisley to Paolo (Oran Mor), Nasty, Brutish and Short (Traverse Theatre/National Theatre of Scotland), The Sunday Lesson (Oran Mor), That Face (Tron Theatre), Burning Your Boats (Oran Mor), Piece of My Heart (Oran Mor).
His television and film credits include; Locked Up Abroad (Raw TV), Casualty (BBC), Taggart (SMG), Boy A (Cuba Films), Doctors (BBC), River City (BBC), Scottish Killers (BBC) Involuntary (BBC), Kitchen (Ecosse Films), The Afternoon Play – Glasgow Dreams (BBC), Still Game (The Comedy Unit), The Karen Dunbar Show (The Comedy Unit), Hamish Macbeth (BBC), Laidoff (Wilder Films) and Gamerz (Pure Magic Films).
