His cock exploded, cum pelting latex at breakneck speed. He pinched his nails into her bottom with the force of the climax, aware it probably hurt but not really giving a care just now.
The way her pussy hit him with another wave of cream said she didn’t give a care just now either. That or she got off on the pain. Kink was fine by him. Using the sheets to tie her to the bed and take her helpless body in every way imaginable sounded pretty damned fine too.
Only, he’d done his job and, unless Lissa paid for another screw, he wasn’t going to be touching her again, let alone tying her up spread-eagle so he could eat her out.
Thad let go of her butt and pulled out of her. Generally, he used the minutes following sex to make small talk and stroke the client’s ego—whatever it took to see she called for his services again. That he’d considered having Lissa again, when work wasn’t an issue, told him small talk and ego stroking were bad ideas.
He came to his feet to find her lying with her eyes closed, hands filled with her breasts, breathing coming short and fierce. Giving her time to come down, he left the bedroom to search out a bathroom. He found one immediately next to her room, and washed up and righted his clothes before returning to the bedroom. She laid on the floor yet, eyes open now and breathing more regular, but still with her tits in her hands.
Hell, that was distracting.
Her eyes met his and her lips curved in a satiated smile. He’d never noticed before how much smaller and thinner the top one was. The imperfection should have helped to turn his testosterone off. Instead it made him want to drop down on the floor and see if her upper lip felt or tasted any different than the bottom one.
Thad returned her smile but otherwise stood still. “I hate to ruin the moment for you, sweetheart, but we need to talk fees and paperwork.”
Her eyes fell back closed on a sigh. “I feel like a limp noodle. I don’t know that I can move, let alone walk to the kitchen.”
“What’s in the kitchen?”
“I didn’t figure you could quote me accurately without seeing all of the damage. There’s some moisture gathering in here and then that bad patch I showed you in Sam’s room, but the roof’s also leaking over the kitchen.”
Thad’s gut did a slow tightening with her serious tone. Lissa thought he meant fees and paperwork in regards to working on her house. For fixing her roof. Which meant she really had called him here for construction services. Was that it? “What kind of moisture are we talking about?”
Opening her eyes, she attempted to push to a sitting position, only to fall back on the carpet when the sheets around her middle refused to budge. “I don’t know. I specialize in interior design and decorating. Most anything building related beyond that is out of my realm.”
Though the last thing he wanted to do right now was touch her, he couldn’t very well let her continue to flounder around on the floor. Bending down, he lifted her up and planted her on her feet. He fumbled around with the sheets for a while before deciding they were never going to ease up from this end and yanked the other end out from under the mattress. Finally, he was able to get her free. Get all those curves out in the open. Those gorgeous tits inches from his face and her hairless pussy nearly as close and still smelling of her climax.
He’d never allowed a construction client to become a pleasure client in the past for good reason. Unfortunately, he had the sinking feeling he hadn’t done that this time either.
If his gut was right, Lissa didn’t have a clue he was a gigolo. “When you were talking about moisture gathering before, did you mean on your ceiling?”
She fell into a lazy stretch that did wickedly carnal things to her body. “Of course, I meant on my—” Both the stretch and her words stopped short. Color rose into her cheeks, bringing out her freckles in masses once again. “You thought I was propositioning you,” she said quietly, clearly embarrassed about it. “I didn’t mean to sound that way. I’m attracted to you, obviously, but I never meant to get you right into my bed.”
She looked around the room, as if she was searching for a way to set things right, and then forewent the search to fling herself back on the bed. “There’s the moisture spot. I can never find it except when I’m laying in bed. A trick of the lighting, I guess.”
The trick of the moment wasn’t the lighting, but the way she got his cock raging all over again with her flounce and how it resulted in a whole body jiggle.
Thad forced his gaze to follow her finger to the ceiling. He still couldn’t see any water damage and he wasn’t about to lie down beside her to find it. “I’d like to take this job on, but I’m not sure that’d be such a good idea after what just happened.”
Lissa shot up in the bed. The pleading was back in her eyes, though for entirely different reasons. “It was a mistake. It won’t happen again, I swear. Unless you want it to. Not that I expect you to want it to. You’re too nice of a guy to sleep around.”
Where the hell did she get this nice-guy impression of him? Was she a friend or relative of a previous construction client? Is that why he thought she looked vaguely familiar? “Where did you hear about Loose Screws?”
Sliding off the end of the bed, she went to the dresser across from the foot of it. She grabbed a T-shirt and tugged it over her head. “I pulled a business card off a bulletin board in one of the downtown shops.”
She’d covered herself up for his sake, Thad knew. But the T-shirt skimming just south of her sex and her nipples pressing against the thin fabric were in some ways more erotic than having her stand naked before him. He focused on her face. “You don’t know any of the company’s past clients?”
“No.” She frowned. “Should that concern me?”
So much for her trust. Not that he could blame Lissa for rescinding it after what went down. He wasn’t a nice guy, but her behavior now suggested she was usually a nice girl. “They’ve all been happy with the end results. I can give you a list of references if you’d like.”
Her smile came back. “Not necessary. Like I said, I trust you.”
Damn big mistake there, giving that trust right back again. Of course, it wouldn’t matter in his decision making, since Loose Screws couldn’t afford to turn down this job. “My partners and I will fix your roof, on the condition you don’t say anything to them about what happened.”
“Oh. Okay.”
She looked chagrined, like she thought he was disgusted with himself for sleeping with her. Knowing the strange way most women’s minds worked, she probably thought he was put off by her fuller figure.
Hell, if she knew the truth….
She couldn’t know the truth, but he also wouldn’t leave her thinking the worst. “For the record, I want it to happen again, but it’s not going to. I need to keep my energy saved up for activities that pay the bills.”
“He was such a nice guy.” Legs dangling over the edge of the kitchen counter, Lissa lay back against the white and blue Formica and pouted at the water-stained ceiling. Thad had
