handful of spinach

      A slice of ginger, fresh

      ½c frozen or fresh raspberries

      1c apple juice, fresh

      3 kale leaves

      2T sunflower seeds

      ¼T spirulina powder

      Procedure:

      -Start by removing the pits of the dates.

      -Then, start putting the berries into the blender followed by the greens.
