En conclusión, la precedente teoría cristiana católica de la personalidad, que se presenta aquí de forma resumida, es un modelo distintivo que incluye algunos de los supuestos y énfasis de las teorías existentes, pero suprimiendo muchos supuestos seculares, y combinándolos con nuevos supuestos y aspectos básicos de la personalidad. Además, a diferencia de las teorías seculares existentes, el presente enfoque tiene un listado explícito y una defensa de los supuestos subyacentes a la teoría.
