      No. 3: Quick back and forth drill

      Minimum number of players: 7

       Difficulty level:

      Equipment required: Sufficient number of handballs

       Course:

      - The coach stands at the 7-meter line and stretches out his hands.

      -

does 2-3 quick steps forward and hits the coach’s palms (A). Afterwards,
immediately moves back 2-3 steps (B) in order to do a dynamic forward piston movement and to shoot at the left side of the goal as instructed (top, middle, bottom), approx. from the 7-meter line (C).

starts the same course a bit delayed, does a forward piston movement on the right side, and shoots at the right side of the goal.

      

       Variants:

      - Jump shot.

      - Shooting with the wrong foot in front.

      No. 4: Warm-up shooting from the back and wing positions

      Minimum number of players: 7

       Difficulty level:

      Equipment required: 4 cones, sufficient number of handballs (ball box with spare balls)

      

      

       Course:

      - All players stand at the center line, each of them holding a ball.

      -

starts and runs around the cone on the left, dynamically approaches (A) the 9-meter line, and shoots at the goal as instructed (top, middle, bottom).

      -

starts a bit delayed, runs (B) around the cone on the right, approaches the 9-meter line, and shoots at the goal.

      - And so on.

      - The players who shot at the goal, quickly line up at the center line again and pick up a ball from the ball box.

      - Repeat the drill until no handballs are left.

       Variant:

starts and runs around the cone on the left, runs (C) along the far left side of the playing field until he has reached the left wing position, and finally shoots from there.

       Course:

      - The players stand face-to-face in order to create a lane (keep a distance of approx. 2 meters between

      - The players each hold their handball in both hands, in such a way that the goalkeeper can reach it.

      - The goalkeeper

quickly sidesteps through the lane (A) and touches each handball with one hand.
