       Course:

starts with a ball, runs dynamically back and forth (viewing direction towards the goal) from cone to cone (A), and eventually shoots at the goal as instructed (top, middle, bottom) (B).

      No. 10: Series of shots with previous running exercise

      Minimum number of players: 7

       Difficulty level:

      Equipment required: 8 cones, sufficient number of handballs

      

      

       Course:

      -

starts sidestepping quickly to the left, runs around the cone (A), quickly moves to the right, runs around the cone on the right side (B), and shoots at the (right side of the) goal from within the corridor.

      -

starts a bit delayed (so that the goalkeeper faces a series of shots), quickly sidesteps around the cone on the right side (C), quickly moves to the left, runs around the cone on the left (D), and shoots at the (left side of) the goal from within the corridor.

      - And so on.

      - After the shot, the players each sprint around the backmost cone (E) before fetching their ball quickly.

       Variant:

      - Jump shot (at level of the cones).

      No. 11: Warm-up shooting with running and change of direction

      Minimum number of players: 7

       Difficulty level:

      Equipment required: 6 cones, ball box with sufficient number of handballs

       Course:

      -

runs around the cone (A) and then diagonally to the left.

      -

passes the ball into the running path of
(B).

      -

runs around the cone on the left (C) and shoots at the left side of the goal as instructed (D).

      -

immediately starts after playing the pass to
(B), runs around the cone (E) and then diagonally to the right.

      -

(F), and
shoots at the right side of the goal as instructed.

      - After the shot, the players immediately sprint around the backmost cone, towards the ball box, pick up a new ball, and line up again (G).

      - Repeat the course until there is no ball left in the box.

      No. 12: Series of shots with additional task

      Minimum number of players: 7

       Difficulty level:

      Equipment required: 2 cones, 2 small gym mats, ball box with sufficient number of handballs

      

      

       Course:

      -

has a ball, runs diagonally to the right (A), and shoots at the right side of the goal as instructed (hands, top, bottom, middle), and from within the corridor (B).

      -

starts a bit delayed, runs diagonally to the left, and shoots at the left side of the goal as instructed, and from within the corridor (C).

      - After the shot, the shooting players dynamically run to the small gym mat where they do a somersault (D).
