      4. SUPER JUICE RECIPE

      This recipe is called its name because it has the ability to energize your body and increase metabolism making it easier for you to lose weight.

      Ingredients:

      ½ peeled lime

      ½ pineapple

      ½ avocado, ripe

      1t spirulina

      2 apples

      ½ cucumber, medium
