still depended on him for his skills and knowledge. The rest of that life was spent in banishment, but that did not bother him. His whole focus was on trying to find a way to heal the physical condition that killed the boy. The emotion of guilt was held in the gallbladder, and that is what he died from. We sent the guilt into the Light, and Jacquelyn forgave herself for not being able to heal the boy nor find a cure. While doing this, she learned that her body thinks it has to suffer, so she spoke to it and told it that it does not have to suffer that any longer.

Before she incarnated in this life, she picked this very issue of guilt to resolve by using her creativity and energy to help others and at the same time to transform her negative beliefs that caused her to reject the idea of embodying in a female form. For her, recreating a physical body in harmony with her etheric blueprint and God’s plan for this incarnation is vital. Transforming her negative patterning from having an ill body to one of perfect health is the vibrational pattern that she is working on. That is why she is facing it again and why she picked the family she did. The thought form was a pattern originally created by her and members of her family at a time when she was part of a spiritual group, and her mother in this life was her husband then. Together they have had a lot of lessons to work on related to their being on opposite ends of the spiritual spectrum. Jacquelyn believed that in their former lives together her mother had acted the role of hampering her expression of being spiritual. In this incarnation she feels there has been a total healing and resolution of this relationship, and although her mother has passed, there now exists a deep love and acceptance of each other.

While on the astral plane, Archangel Michael presented her with a shield and sword to cut through any blocks and to protect her from creating new ones. These spiritual tools were enlisted to reverse the thought form, which was then healed from the time of its origin all the way forward through the generations until it was finally destroyed. Now Jacquelyn can spiral the energy out whenever she thinks of the pattern or feels the need to get rest. She is now free to express her needs and let others know when it is time to care for herself. Creating illness is no longer necessary in her life.

Jacquelyn’s next physical concern was her back, and when guided, she immediately found herself as a man in jail. He was handcuffed because he was a rabble-rouser and part of a freedom movement in France in the 1800’s. When he was arrested, he was abandoned by his friends and girlfriend. He felt betrayed by them, and this was a repeat of the victim pattern which was being held by Jacquelyn in her back. The victim consciousness in him thought he needed to be assisted by other humans because he did not believe in the Divine. The next step to the process was for Jacquelyn to forgive them. He had loved his compatriots but held it against them because they had deserted him when he was jailed. Now she sees that he was sustained by Spirit and that she is always sustained by Spirit. She now realizes that her back can support her because she knows that it is and will always be supported by Spirit. [This is a good example of the body sending us a message that points to the problem because the back supports our physical being.] Angels put angel wings on her to provide her with a symbol of her connection with the Divine.

As she thought about her body and health issues, Jacquelyn dissolved the thread that tied to mass consciousness about being ill and about being female. She had always experienced difficulty accepting the concept of being female. Embodying in a female form felt disempowering because she had been a male in many previous lives. The originating cause of this thought was a life in Greece. As a girl, her birth was a big disappointment to her family. The Romans came as conquerors when she was a young girl and placed her in a house of prostitution. She was made a slave but not a prostitute because of her age, although she later became the mistress of a married senator. The lesson of that lifetime was to learn to love, but in spite of her having learned to love her lover unconditionally, she did not learn to love herself. The work that needed to be done was to acknowledge the power of the female and also the fact that we all need both energies for balance. She then embraced the female energies, the physical form of the female, and the power of the female. In the future she will be able to combine male energy which is action oriented with female creativity so that she can be of even greater service. She liked that. The work was complete, and as she was coming back to consciousness, she saw the Dalai Lama’s presence. This was comforting because Jacquelyn feels a strong connection with him as he is one of her spiritual teachers. When she met His Holiness the Dalai Lama, he hit her very hard on the head, and although it was not painful, it opened her up and changed her life as she began studying the spiritual teachings of the Tibetans.

After the session, Jacquelyn shared many benefits she received by doing this regression work. They included not only removal of stuck energies she had created in prior lives but also reconnection with the angels and Tibetan spirituality, a realization of the reasons for being incarnated now, and a reminder of her strong connection with the God Force and Christ. She also gained an understanding of the family generational dynamics and how radiant health can be hers, and everyone’s, at any time. This past-life work brought Jacquelyn back to her true self and its wisdom. Since these sessions, she has been able to access more fully the Universal life force in her own life and for the benefit of others. She is inspired to dance the Sacred, honoring her essence in the female body. Those, who watch her, will undoubtedly be moved by her devotion to and love of Spirit that will envelope them as she dances, and through that experience, they will also feel a connection to the God source. She is happily more inspired as she moves forward to dance the Sacred honoring her essence in the female body and sharing dance as a form of creativity with others. Jacquelyn discovered dancing not only helped her spirit more fully embody but also expanded her divine mission on Earth.

Another benefit was discovering the pattern that supported her belief that the only way to get rest was to be sick. This was a revelation since she had been taught that being ill was a way to seek attention. However, in her case, being ill gave the permission she needed to rest. In discussing this later with a friend, the friend commented that Jacquelyn had once commented that she got rest only when she was sick. According to Jacquelyn, this regression has brought her more clarity and awareness.

Later, she sent me an e-mail saying that from this session she had gained insight into how the cause of an illness, such as her gallbladder problem, could be overlaid with not only guilt from a past incarnation of guilt but also her maternal lineage pattern of repression of not speaking out. She told me of a dream of seeing both her mother and grandmother. Her grandmother was standing behind her mother and looked healthy but acted like a protector for both of them. Her mother was seated and seemed weak, so Jacquelyn embraced her and lifted her up. This may have been symbolic of the healing of this pattern through all three generations. Because Jacquelyn had previously done so much spiritual work to benefit herself and others, it contributed to her being able to accomplish so much in just one regression. Her other regressions, which you will read in other chapters, were just as powerful.

       DAWN—GLASS THROUGH THE BACK

One year before this regression Dawn had an emergency hysterectomy and six months after that underwent another emergency surgery. This time it was for a perforated bowel which necessitated a temporary colostomy bag. It took three months for the infection to clear and for sufficient healing to take place to permit the colostomy reversal to be performed. When we had the session, she was still recovering from this last procedure. She has had two previous injuries that significantly impacted her life. The first was a back injury ten years ago, and more recently she experienced carpel tunnel syndrome in her hands and wrists which continues to bother her.

Dawn is a relatively young and active woman and these illnesses keep her from leading the life she desires. This has frustrated her. The frustration is compounded because she tends to overdo what she is capable of doing while recovering and does not allow her body to heal properly. She set her intention for the regression to get to the root cause of these illnesses and to make the necessary corrections.

As we began the regression, Dawn saw a small film strip spinning around her. She didn’t know how it got there, but it was new.
