I'm not a doctor and I know nothing about medicine. In fact, I have been a patient all my life.

I'm just a person who sought a solution to a disabling problem, chronic migraine (headache that occurs 15 or more days a month and lasts 4 or more hours each time), when medical science could not offer me more solution than analgesics to the mitigation of symptoms. At certain times I spent more time and energy (and resources, it is impossible to know how much I spent trying to alleviate and solve my migraines), at other times I gave up and endured my migraine condition as something irremediable.

In this book I share my experiences without pretending to be intrusive in a profession that I admire as is medicine. In it I think out loud and write about the conclusions that I have reached at this moment in my life, although I could be wrong.

No nutritional plan should be followed without first consulting a professional. If you suffer from any alteration that requires assistance,
