■ Objetivo: aumentar la empatía entre los participantes.
■ Descripción de la actividad: de uno en uno, los diferentes miembros del grupo deben dirigirse al lugar donde están colocados los instrumentos y tocar uno el tiempo que ellos quieran. El resto se limita a escuchar.
Cuando todos hayan finalizado, deberán referir al grupo cómo se han sentido (nerviosos, inseguros, dubitativos…).
■ Desarrollo de la actividad: la forma en que cada uno aprovecha su turno constituye ya una expresión de uno mismo. Realizar esta acción aporta mucha información personal: los que lo hacen muy rápido porque se sienten observados, los que disfrutan y se toman su momento para explorar cada instrumento y sonido, los que, al tocar, lo hacen tan suave que apenas son audibles o los que tocan de forma ruidosa y estrepitosa).
Es importante cuidar los comentarios que el resto hace sobre la intervención individual, fomentando un clima de respeto y sin permitir los juicios o conclusiones sobre los demás.
